Oh gosh, my eyes are really uneven.
WELL, Like I just said, it is a CHEAT cake. You only need three simple ingredients and they are:
-cookies
-cream for whipping
-fruit
So, how does this CHEAT cake work?
The cookies absorb the cream overnight, moistens and turns soft. Just like a cake!
It should really only take about 15 minutes making it, but I really wanted to show you guys, so I took photos along the process.
You whip the cream...
...on high with an electrical beater, untill it forms peaks like the one above. (I suggest you not to get obsessed and overbeat the cream. It will turn into butter) You may also whip your cream by hand with a fork, if you do not own a beater of any kind. That will take about thirty minutes. Yer...but it works. (:
Then, spread your cream onto whatever cookie you have bought.
In this case, I have chosen a gingerbread slab, which is surprisingly low-fat. You've got to balance out the calories with all that cream, you know.
Oh, I forgot to mention one step. Slice some peaches beforehand and stack them up like this:
and MORE!
Then, coat your stack or CHEAT cake or whatever with MORE cream:
Lastly, wrap your prepared foil around it, nicely.
With a pair of scissors, you might also like to trim off any bit that sticks out, so that it looks nicer as it spends one night in your fridge, before it is eaten.
SO NICE AND EASY.
SADLY, I got owned very bad afterwards. My aunt made THIS:
Disgusting, ay. It's like a choo choo train. I admire it. Except she used an actual cake, instead of cookies. We call it, the REAL cake.
WELL, cheat cake or real cake, I hope you have enjoyed another night of reading my blog. I really should be going to bed now. It's 9:58pm. GOOD NIGHT! (:
-Last thing I did of the day.
