So okayy...I don't know if this interest you... but since people ask what I eat after school everyday....
I actually gathered all of them and took a photo. (:
A:
Orange? (I usually prefer apples though, but hadn't got any today)
B:
TUNA, which I loveeeeeeeee. I don't know what brand I had today, but it wasn't very nice. Not as nice as John West's.
C:
Mix C1 and C2 together and you get the....ULTIMATELY FILLING DRINK, which I'll talk about later :)
D:
1 and 2 are just yoghurt and frozen blueberries. I usually eat half a tub per day, which is about 250 grams o.o. You have to add a spoonful of honey
E:
Biscuits? I don't always eat them though.
But ye, that's all (:
And I usually feel kind of full already after I had A, B and C
So..to those who wonder what C was...C is...
A black sesame slash black soybean powder, which I believe has a bit of added sugar into it as well.
You can get it from Yuen's Market at Sunnybank. I think it was about $8 per can when I bought it?
I'm nearly finished with this one, but I don't want to go back to there. It smells so bad.
The label says to add three teaspoons per drink, yet I'm pretty sure I add more than that.
The can comes with this pretty deep spoon and I fill it up three times with the powder. So ye, that's probably nine to ten teaspoons or so (:" It really fills you up.

I like it thick, and I always have it with soymilk.
My auntie adds it to her oatmeal too (:"
