BADMINTON

Bum is still sore from badminton.

It was pretty good...$64 because we hired 3 courts. So it evened out to be $4 each.
Prettyyyyyyy good.
And Caleb got another one too, so it was 4.
AND SO, I don't think anybody had to sit out for too long until some got tired.
It was fun (:

ANYWAYS, after that, we just pigged out at South Bank.
Stopped at Nando's.

How great is that after the only 1.5 hours of exercise we had for the whole holiday LOL.

Cool, ay. Vinh and I thought it was like Transformers.

Fight for the chicken!

Kiddo stabbing her chicken. (:

OUR LOVELY SAUCE COMPETITION ^__________________^
Apparantly people STEAL the sauces there o_o

Lol, my photos are as bad as paparazzi photos, or worse.

Then we went to the lollipop and bought junk and ate DOTTI ICE CREAM!!
Woohoo for the day (:
My invisible abs hurt.

Andddddddd, I wrapped Hayley's pressent..

which I forgot to bring today.

So hopefully, blogging this now will make me remember.

Red Chilli

Went out to yum cha with family friends yesterday morning, and chased Jono around the house to get a photo of our MATCHING jackets.

Finally, at last. Now you can get a good view of the front and back.

AND OH, I bought MY jacket first >:)!

They are not identical though. His is from Zara, and mine's from this not as popular brand called Bershka. Both are Spanish fashion companies. (:
And you know one weird fact which I'm not sure of whether it is the same in here, but it is in Hong Kong, is that guys' clothing from the same brand are usually almost double in price than that of the girls' o.o
I say it's because guys generally don't shop as much, so when they do, they want to rip you off.

ANYWAYS, after that I went to hang out at Red Chilli restaurant with em, fre, chi, pe, and met this AWESOME girl called BLOSSOM.
>u<
We karaoke-d there.
It was fun (=

ANYWAYS, going out to badminton today!

Pancakes

Sorryyyyyyyyyy, kinda moodless these few days :/
BUT ANYWAYS
I think it was yesterday that I took this photos and hung out with Maddie o.o
I cannot remember
but ye, we had a great time!

What I didn't end up wearing.

I always change in the last minute.. :3

Yupyup, Pancake Manor, because we couldn't decide.

I ordered this, because it was called THE ULTIMATE.

And we had sooooooooooooo much fun shopping afterwards, yet I didn't end up buying anything :P
Even though Esprit is on sale, I feel so guilty buying anything from them when I see the HKD tag. Their sale price is like the original price if you buy it in Hong Kong =="
So I only ended up buying a pair of earrings....

Honestly, I have good self control.

Then I went met up with my aunt at China Town and ate dinner.

Oh before that, Maddie and I had a sudden karaoke craze, and so we went! :D
Just two people, LOL.

It was fun @___________@ jumping up and down those sofas, except some crazyyyyyyy pedo starred at us through our window???
Seriously, get a room.

ANYWAYS, I got to go now!
Karaoke today, with thr Taiwanese people (:"
And maybe I will go yum cha with my aunt.
Auntie.
Somebody told me to say auntie, because it sounds more friendly (:"

Shabuhouse on Mary Street

Yup, I went to try it out yesterday after Hanyoori renovated their dining area and extended this new Japanese style hot pot restaurant next to themselves.

Never a big fan of Korean food, so ye, why not try the SHABUHOUSE! :D

You have to excuse my photography skills again:

We had a debate whether the wood was their unfinished construction or their actual decoration. Turned out that it was their decoration.

A long and never-ending corridor that makes you sososo sooooo hungry after walking through. -.-

Dey hada vely nice barr.

Um...the place is pretty empty for such a big hall.

More unfinished constructions.
Nah (:
It is actually quite stylish and pretty in real.

Okay...how many more of these am I gonna go through before I show you guys the food...
I thought what was underneath those silver plates on our table were barbeque stove tops, but turned out that they were for our HOT POT!

It is so coooooooooooooooooooooooooool.
That's why when I grow up, my table will have one korean bbq stove, one shabushabu 'hole', one Japanese tepanyaki style grill and maybe one aussie bbq stove, which I probably won't ever use because I just can't think of what to have for the last one.
ACTUALLY, I can have a HONG KONG STYLE CHARCOAL STOVE.
WOOHOO.
My kids can fight over the charcoal grill, while the bad kid gets the aus bbq.

ANYWAYS, their food came pretty quickly,

Another pointless photo just to show you guys how teeni tiny their stove was. >u< So cute.
This one is the dried fish soup which I picked for my seafood platter, and the other one is a chicken based soup...for beef platter?

Hi, Beef.

"Hi, Jess!"

SOUP BOILED.
It was so cooooooool >v< I liked my soup. There's a main meat of beef, pork, chicken or seafood for you to choose from and each platter came with a selection of vegetables, fish ball etc, rice cake thingo, flat udon, tofu and I believe there were more which I can't remember now. Then we got our free dessert..
Raspberry mousse! :D
And it tasted better than the blueberry mousse cake I made...

Ye you remember this?

Hmph, raspberries are just more flavorful.

(:"

They had more nice looking desserts and pastries which they sell too!

>u<
I was happy and satisfied with their hot pot (:

BYE-BYE, Shabuhouse!

My page one

Talk about emotions?
Not that I ever did much, and I don't know why.
Actually, I do.
But maybe most things are better off forgetting, not knowing, and not thinking about, if it would bed time easier, and more forgiving.

I do tell myself sometimes to stop caring for those that don't even bother with me.
Because life isn't waiting for me on this side of the world anyway. What have I got to lose?

Yet, my contradictory behavior that I choose to ignore, but the fact that I also pray for the opposite of cold, distant and hostile perceptions, isn't what I intended.
But that's how the universe works, right?
Just like ball and wall, whatever you throw out subconciously, finds its way back at you.
And if anger would only disappear off elsewhere the minute you let it go, there wouldn't be so many broken hearts, broken friendships, and even broken families out there right?

Maybe it is fear, that confuses life so much, and the constant insecurities that make things seem so of order, out of control.

But now I feel like everything could just be a hole which I dug up for myself.
One that was not obvious to begin with, yet it just lies there, right beneath your feet, wide opened, waiting for you to fall.

That, was in the nightmare.

The thought of it pretty much scared me, and I soon realized that maybe my going with the natural order, and believing that things should flow by themselves, are only excuses that I use to avoid certain someone (can't think of a plural), and not having to encounter my problems face to face with them. But the truth is, that all of it only challenges and result continually in situations which probably..generate even more anger within oneself?

Yet, I guess it is not to late for me, or anyone out there, to embrace who we really are, and look honestly into what we perceive, how we feel and to come face to face to our problems, with courage, and with love.

I'm not saying that this is something which I can fix straight away, because it might take days, months and even years.
But maybe it is about finding slowly what underlies all those unsatisfactions and to deal with them directly.

Afterall,
"You choose to create within physical reality the reality that your soul wishes to create."

Goodnight.

DOME

HI! I really haven't been updating lately, despite the fact that it is winter break.
Yet, I had to spend some time with MedEntry, as well as finishing my painting =)
THAT, had been taking a while, and I will show you guys when I'm done!
It is going to be a beachhhh.

Well ANYWAYS,
Grabbed some salad at Dome's yesterday:

I miss those days in Perth (:
BUT WOW, chicken and PESTO Caesar salad

And miss miss miss the BIG, and not too treacly pecan tart!

Lemon chill!
I quite liked the flavour, but it wasn't my drink. (:

Um...I forgot what this was, but something along the line of 'tangy lemon chicken wrap'. Great salsa condiment!

I don't know why we got a bowl of these after we finished.

And I'm sooooooo sorry that I had my occasional killer stomachache not on another other day, but YESTERDAY. =="

It's so weirdddddddddddddd.
