Tai O

On Sunday our family of five and friends had a family outing at Tai O, Hong Kong. Photos below are our lunch from a vegetarian restaurant except they also have crispy chicken and sweet & sour pork.

On the same day they also had the belated dragon boat race.

And as usual, we had a speed boat ride to see if we could find any pink dolphins.
The large arms are used to catch shrimps :)

Unfortunately, we didn't get to see them ":) Maybe it was too hot for them to surface that day.

Sorry for the dinner photos' quality above :(...Lawry's was wayyy too formal to take photos. I just wanted to show you guys how THICK the steak were though. The diamond cut was over an inch thick and was already cut in half and shared between Dad and Jono. Jacob had the child's cut was thinner and was already bigger than the steak we usually eat. Makes me wonder whether Americans can really finish such big steaks ._. I had a sea bass and we also ordered boston lobsters.

Adventure in Thailand

Thanks to Zoe I dug out some old photos from a Phuket, Thailand trip in 2003 or 2004 :)
I still remember holding that python vividly

The parachute that begun my craving for heights. It was actually tied to the back of a speed boat that dragged us along at high speed!! :)
I remember that day I also did the banana boat, deep sea walking, water motorbike...
Surely one of the best, and most adventurous trips ever. :)
(I still want to do bungee jump, except I've heard too many dangerous stories from it :( )

HK Haul

Hi people, long time no blog. :) I haven't been up to much lately, aside from eating, shopping, hanging out. (Cos sometimes shopping alone does get boring). So why not and update with my recent hauls! :D
(There are some clothes and shoes lying around the house which I can't find...maid packed them well":) )

Blouse, white lace top, cargo pants - from G2000

Have to stock up some pretty clothing for uni since we have to dress "formally". :)
The 2 coloured blouse is so cute that I can't imagine it being from G200!!

Maxi summer from idc, gradient dress from Zara

These Laura Ashley tees by Uniqlo are so cute!!

Gradiet long sleeve from Zara, pink chiffon from H&M, lace jacket and pearl sleeve tee from a little boutique :)
Gradient colour is the new love <3

These gold platform are from Marks and Spencer. Real love because their shoes are light and comfy. Heels from any other place always hurt my feet. :/

And lastly....this is the prettiest nail polish I've seen *O*..............."whimsical" from Revlon. You know I love baby pink and blue...I wish the base colour was less sheer though. It's almost clear.

And that's the end of my haul post. I shall update you more with what I've been up too (I've actually been quite busy with fam stuff, sorry! ><)
So in the meanwhile..have a fun and safe holiday! :)
